This recipe is perfect for morning tea or for the kids lunchbox.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup hemp hearts
- 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1/2 cup almond meal
- 1/4 cup buckwheat flour
- 3 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 cup plant based milk of choice
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line a baking tray.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl, then spoon a tablespoon sized ball on to the baking tray and flatten with your palm or a fork.
- Repeat until mixture is finished.
- Cook for 13-15 mins until browned. Let cook completely then store in glass container.
