Shipping policy

We'll send you an email when your order has been dispatched with your tracking details so that you can follow your order’s journey.  If you don’t receive an email, kindly check your spam folder for tracking details.

New Zealand Orders
New Zealand orders are sent via NZ Post Couriers and typically arrive in 1- 3 business days.

Flat rate shipping of NZD$10 for orders $0.00 - $49.99.  NZD$12 for orders $50.00 - $148.99 and NZD$15 for orders $149.99 and up. 

NZ Post Couriers provides safe and fast shipping NZ wide.  Transit times provided in your tracking details are estimates only and delivery times may be extended due to delays such as demand in your region.  Please track your order using the tracking details provided in your shipping confirmation email.  If you don’t receive an email to your inbox, please check your spam folder for tracking details.

Please contact NZ Post Courier Customer Support directly to get information about your order once it has been dispatched, only contact Hemp Connect Limited if your order has been deemed lost by NZ Post Couriers or if you have received faulty or damaged products.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout, Hemp Connect Limited is not responsible for orders that have not been received due to incorrect delivery details and cannot be changed after checkout is complete.  Please ensure someone will be available to sign for your order or collect it if you receive a card-to-call.  Hemp Connect Limited cannot re-send your order outside New Zealand if your order gets returned to us due to non-delivery/non-collection.

Refunds, exchanges, or replacements are only issued if the product is damaged, faulty or the incorrect item was sent, in which case, Hemp Connect Limited will issue a replacement, refund or exchange for orders placed within 30 days from the date of purchase from Hemp Connect Limited.  Refunds, exchanges, or replacements do not apply to change of mind or dispute of efficacy. If your order is damaged, faulty, or the incorrect item was sent, please get in touch with us at enquiries@hempconnect.co.nz.

Purchases made through third-party sites are required to contact the respective company to enquire about their order details including tracking and third-party return policies.

AfterPay
AfterPay is available for New Zealand customers making one-off purchases only and are not eligible for Subscribe & Save orders.

Discount Codes
Discount codes are not valid in conjunction with sale items on Hemp Connect Limited’s site.  Discount codes are only eligible for one-off purchases and are not eligible for Subscribe & Save orders.
