Emma had an exceptional pregnancy, which she credits to hemp hearts nourishing herself and her growing baby. Hemp hemps provide you with folate, iron, magnesium, selenium, vitamin D, iodine and B Group vitamins. Also there is over 100% of your daily dose of magnesium in only 1/4 cup of hemp hearts. - 1 frozen banana
- Handful of frozen strawberries
- ½ cup hemp hearts
- ½ cup orange juice
- ¼ cup oats
- Top up with water
Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth & creamy! Pour into your favourite glasses & enjoy. Yum!
