Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup frozen edamame beans
- ½ cup Hemp Connect hemp hearts
- 1/3 cup tahini
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp Hemp Connect hemp heart pesto
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp Hemp Connect hemp oil
Instructions
1. In a pot of water, heat peas and edamame until boiling
2. Refresh in cold water and drain
3. In a food processor, add all ingredients except Hemp Connect hemp oil and blend
4. Drizzle in oil to reach desired consistency
