Refund policy
If you change your mind about an order, we will endeavour to cancel and refund your order if it has not already been dispatched, however this may not always be possible.
Please make sure you contact us with your order details as soon as possible by sending any email to enquiries@hempconnect.co.nz or calling us on 06 210 2465.
Unwanted products can also be returned for a refund within 14 days of purchase as long as they are in re-saleable condition (unopened, with undamaged packaging).
We will confirm your return request and send you a return number, once you receive, please send your products to:

Please include Proof of purchase and Return number with the goods.
Note you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item/s.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please contact us enquiries@hempconnect.co.nz with your request and we will help you through the return process.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
