  These are great lunch-box fillers and emergency snacks when a sweet craving strikes. Ingredients: 1 cup almonds 1 cup oats ½ cup coconut ½ cup hemp hearts 1 tsp ground ginger ½ tsp ground cinnamon Pinch of salt 1 cup medjool dates, pitted + softened slightly 1 tbsp maple syrup 1 tbsp coconut oil, softened ½ cup extra hemp hearts for coating Directions: Process the almonds, oats + coconut in a food processor. Hemp & Peanut Butter Cookies

 This recipe is perfect for morning tea or for the kids lunchbox. Ingredients: 1/2 cup hemp hearts 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter 1/2 cup almond meal 1/4 cup buckwheat flour 3 Tbsp maple syrup 1/4 cup plant based milk of choice Directions: Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line a baking tray. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, then spoon a tablespoon sized ball on to the baking tray and flatten with your palm or a fork. Repeat until mixture is finished. Cook for 13-15 mins until browned. Hemp Date & Ginger Bliss Balls

Ingredients: 1/2 cup hemp hearts 1/2 cup dates, chopped 1/4 cup sultanas 1/4 cup sunflower seeds 1/4 cup sesame seeds 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds 1 stem of ginger, chopped  1 tbsp date syrup 1/4 - 1/2 cup hemp hearts - toasted   Directions: 1. Blitz all of the ingredients (except the date syrup) in a food processor until it forms a rough paste. 2.
