Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Hemp Connect Hemp Hearts
- 1/2 cup Dried Apricots, chopped
- 1/4 cup Sultanas
- 1/4 cup Sunflower Seeds
- 1/4 cup Sesame Seeds
- 1/4 cup Pumpkin Seeds
- 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup Coconut
Instructions:
1. Blitz all of the ingredients (except the Date Syrup) in a food processor until it forms a rough paste.
2. Add 1 Tbsp of Maple Syrup.
3. Roll the paste into balls and then roll the balls in the cococut
