Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup hemp hearts
- 1/2 cup dates, chopped
- 1/4 cup sultanas
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 stem of ginger, chopped
- 1 tbsp date syrup
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup hemp hearts - toasted
Directions:
1. Blitz all of the ingredients (except the date syrup) in a food processor until it forms a rough paste.
2. Add 1 Tbsp of date syrup.
3. Lightly dry toast the additional hemp hearts fry pan.
4. Roll the paste into balls and then roll the balls in the toasted Hemp Hearts to coat them.
