Our hemp hummus might be the definition of no fuss cooking. This is a super easy recipe that’s delicious, simple and still makes you look like a kitchen pro.
Ingredients
- 250g cooked chickpeas (a can)
- 75g Hemp Connect hemp hearts
- 2 garlic cloves
- Rind of one lemon
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 6 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp Hemp Connect hemp seed oil
- 4 tbsp water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground coriander
Instructions
1. Blend everything in food processor (mind your fingers)
