Since I was little, mum would make fruit crumble for dessert with whatever fruit we had in the fruit bowl (in varying states of freshness..). Fruity hemp crumble is easy, warming and delicious, so naturally, as an adult I still make it for myself- albeit with a yummy hemp twist.
Ingredients
Fruit Base
- 1 cup peeled and sliced feijoasÂ
- 1 cup mixed berries (can use frozen)Â
- 1 bananaÂ
- 1/4 cup golden syrupÂ
- 1 Tbsp lime juice (Optional)

Crumble ToppingÂ
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup flourÂ
- 1/4 cup shredded coconutÂ
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugarÂ
- 3 Tbsp Hemp Connect hemp hearts

Instructions

Preheat the oven, fan bake 180 degrees Celsius

Grease a baking dish

Place all the crumble topping ingredients in a medium bowl and combine

In a separate bowl combine, all the fruit base ingredients

Spread the fruit base ingredients evenly in the baking dish

Top with the crumble topping

Bake for 15-20min or until golden and crisp

Serve hot with greek yogurt or vanilla ice-creamÂ
