Homemade Hemp Granola Smoothie Bowl

 

Ingredients

Smoothie

·        2 Tbsp Hemp Connect Hemp Hearts

·        1 Tbsp Hemp Connect hemp protein

·         1/2 cup blueberries

·         Yellow activated maca 1 tbsp

·         2 Tbsp oats

·         1 tsp chia seeds

·         1 Tbsp date puree

·         1 banana

·         1-2 cups of hemp/oat milk (Click the link for a great home made hemp milk recipe)

Granola

·     1 Tbsp Hemp Connect hemp hearts

·         2 Tbsp Hemp Connect hemp seed oil

·         1 Tbsp pumpkin seeds

·         1/3 cup walnuts

·         1/3 cup desiccated coconut

·         2 Tbsp golden syrup


 

Instructions

Granola

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius, line a roasting tray with baking paper

2. Combine all granola ingredients in a mixing bowl, ensuring all the ingredients have been coated

3. Pour out on to the roasting tray and spread evenly. Bake for around 20-30 minutes, until golden brown

Smoothie

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender apart from the banana and blueberries

2. Pour the smoothie in to a bowl, top with granola and fruit
