Hemp Tabbouleh

 

Ingredients

Tabbouleh

·         225g bulgur wheat (or cauliflower for GF/low carb option)

·         1 green pepper, chopped julienne

·         ½ bunch spring onion, thinly sliced

·         ½ bunch chopped parsley

·         2-3 Tbsp Hemp Connect hemp oil

·         ½ cup Hemp Connect hemp hearts

Dressing

·         Juice from 2 lemons

·         4 tbsp white wine vinegar

·         1 ½ tsp salt

·         1 Tbsp French mustard

·         2 tsp raw brown sugar

·         2 Tbsp soy sauce

·         400ml Hemp Connect hemp oil

 

 

Instructions

Tabbouleh

1. Pour ¾ cup boiling water over bulgur wheat, fork through from time to time until cooked. Drain off any excess water and set aside to cool

2. Add all other ingredients, and season to taste

Dressing

1. Combine all ingredients apart from the Hemp Seed oil, whisk together. Slowly introduce the Hemp Seed Oil while whisking to ensure a consistent mix

Apply dressing and serve!
