Easy Hemp Peanut Butter
When you are on the run and a quick snack of toast is the easiest option our Easy Hemp Butter recipe gives you an efficient and tasty way to get some good nutrition into you.
Ingredients
1 cup hulled peanuts
1/2 cup Hemp Connect hemp hearts
1 tsp coconut sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 Tbsp coconut oil – melted
1 tsp Hemp Connect hemp oil
1 tsp vanilla extract – optional
Instructions
Pan roast peanuts (without oil) until peanuts start getting colour
Add Hemp Connect hemp hearts and roast for 1-2 more minutes
Place coconut sugar, salt, coconut oil, Hemp Connect hemp oil and vanilla extract in a food processor and let it run until chunky or smooth - depending on your preference!
Serving Suggestions:
Hemp Peanut Butter and Jam are an absolute favourite!
For a more savoury approach, try cucumber tomato and sprouts on toast
