Hemp, Edamame & Pea Dip
Hemp and Edamame Bean Dip
Ingredients
1 cup frozen peas
1 cup frozen edamame beans
½ cup Hemp Connect hemp hearts
1/3 cup tahini
3 tbsp lemon juice
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
3 tbsp water
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp Hemp Connect hemp oil
Instructions
1. In a pot of water, heat peas and edamame until boiling
2. Refresh in cold water and drain
3. In a food processor, add all ingredients except Hemp Connect hemp oil and blend
4. Drizzle in oil to reach desired consistency
