Hemp Hummus
Hemp Connect’s hemp hummus might be the definition of no fuss cooking. This is a super easy recipe that’s delicious, simple and still makes you look like a kitchen pro.
Ingredients
250g cooked chickpeas (a can)
2 garlic cloves
Rind of one lemon
Juice of 2 lemons
6 tbsp tahini
2 tbsp Hemp Connect hemp seed oil
4 tbsp water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground coriander
Instructions
1. Blend everything in food processor (mind your fingers)
