Who Ate All The hemp?

Hi everyone!

Living in isolation has been full on, as I’m sure it has been for many of you. I am living with six others – my hubby Matt, our five flatmates, and the life of the party; Jax. Needless to say, we are very lucky to have a good supply of Hemp Connect hemp hearts, but stocks are getting low and every now and then, something seems to go “missing”. Yesterday it was an entire bunch of carrots, but today I noticed my bag of hearts is unusually low…

With six people to investigate, I started questioning everyone as they periodically took a break from their WFH desks to walk into the kitchen (where my WFH desk is set up) to stare into the fridge searching for inspiration only to close it, and sadly return to their desk empty-handed. For some reason, I didn’t think to ask Matt first, but as it turned out, he had been supplementing Jax’s meals with hemp hearts to help him recover from his recent surgery (poor bugger got his balls chopped off last week).

I forget sometimes, but hemp is really good for our fur babies too – reducing inflammation, encouraging healthy bowel movements after the drugs he’s been on and all the necessary healthy skin, hair and general benefits of fiber.

So, my tip from what I’ve learnt today – all of us can benefit from hemp, even our pets! I’ll make a suggestion to the Hemp Connect team that they should explore a pet food product range so he doesn’t keep stealing my stash from the fridge 😊

Stay safe everyone

Em
